Please read before booking.


ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE:
New first time clients are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes early. This allows time to fill out the appropriate client forms. If you are a returning client then arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled time. All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed experience.
 


LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

I regret that late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases or advanced notification of your late arrival, if schedule will allow then I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment.


CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please provide at least a 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This gives enough time to fill the slot.  Short notice cancellations will be a 50% charge if the slot cannot be filled.


PRIVACY POLICY:
Your massage therapy records are kept in the strictest confidence. All client records are kept in a secure place and only those who need to see a client’s file for legitimate business or professional purposes have access to them. Your records will not be released to third parties, including health care providers and insurance companies without your written consent.


NO SHOW POLICY:
Clients who do not show without cancelling are still responsible for payment of treatment. You will be required to pay for the appointment in full. Plus a £25 late fee if paying later than a month of your previous appointment before you can schedule another appointment.



PAYMENTS:

Apple pay, cash or card can be used for payment.
