Please read before booking your appointment.
Respect for Time & Energy
As a sole trader, each appointment is carefully reserved for you and only you. Missed or late-cancelled appointments cannot always be filled at short notice and directly affect my ability to cover treatment room costs and business overheads.
These policies are in place to protect both your time and mine, and to ensure I can continue offering high-quality care in a calm and supportive environment. Thank you for your understanding and respect for the energy and preparation that goes into each session.
Arrival to Your Massage
New clients are kindly asked to arrive 10–15 minutes before their first appointment to allow time to complete the necessary consultation forms.
Returning clients should arrive around 5 minutes before their scheduled time.
All treatments run to a set schedule, and arriving early helps ensure your session begins in a calm and relaxed way.
Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals may not be able to receive an extension to their scheduled appointment time.
If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible. Where my schedule allows, I will do my best to accommodate a shortened or full session; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows sufficient time for the space to be offered to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge if the appointment cannot be filled.
No-Show Policy
Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
Clients who do not attend without cancelling will be required to pay for the missed appointment in full, plus a £25 late payment fee if payment is not received within one month of the missed appointment, before any future bookings can be made.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information and treatment records are kept in the strictest confidence. All records are securely stored and only accessed for legitimate professional or business purposes.
Your details will never be shared with third parties, including healthcare providers or insurance companies, without your written consent.
Payments
Payment can be made by Apple Pay, card, or cash.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the above policies.
